Our services
Construction Security
Theft, vandalism, and trespass prevention for construction sites — manned guarding, mobile patrols, and out-of-hours protection from groundworks to handover.
What construction security covers
Construction security is the protection of active building sites — from groundworks through to fit-out and handover. Construction sites are high-value, high-risk targets: tools, plant, materials, fuel, and copper all attract criminal attention, while open perimeters, multiple subcontractors, and shifting site conditions create constant security challenges.
We Secure Services provides manned guarding, mobile patrols, and key-holding services for construction sites across the UK — from small residential builds to multi-phase commercial developments. We work with main contractors, principal designers, and site managers to design security plans that integrate with your CDM responsibilities, your insurance requirements, and your project programme.
Our construction security officers are SIA-licensed, CSCS-aware, and trained in site-specific protocols. They understand site rules, access control, gatehouse operations, and the importance of clear delivery booking and contractor sign-in records. Crucially, they understand that a good construction security operation is invisible to honest workers but a hard barrier to anyone with bad intent.

Frequently asked questions
It depends on the site profile. High-value, high-risk sites (urban locations, exposed perimeters, significant plant on site) typically need 24/7 cover. Lower-risk sites with secure hoarding and minimal plant can often be covered by lock-up/unlock visits and randomised mobile patrols. We run a site survey and risk assessment before recommending.
